Coming here isn't an enjoyable experience.Īt Bloom, I was pleasantly surprised to find a 10 min wait time, as a new patient, super friendly staff & my tender, Erin, was amazingly helpful & friendly. Why bother having separate lines for walk-ins and online orders if you still have to wait just to get in the building? I should be sitting at home drinkng my coffee right now, not sitting in this waiting room yet again. Hopefully management figures it out so the awesome staff doesn't have to keep dealing with upset customers!EDIT: removing a star as I'm currently sitting and waiting AGAIN. Coming here would be SO much more pleasant if it wasn't such a time suck. I see people get frustrated and comment about it all the time. This could easily be fixed so I don't understand why they choose to have it remain a problem. Last time, I had time to pick my car up from the shop in the next town over and come back before my name was called. Placing an online order doesn't save you any time, either. The staff is friendly and helpful every time, but their check-in process REALLY needs work. I suppose i should have asked around brfore getting all excited. I am a reasonable man but this is healthcare, i am a patient, i am trusting you with my health. 84 cart she sold me, was only half full with a "net weight" of. Open my bag, the cart she said was sativa is hybrid. Get home completely crest fallen, first ever experience terrible. Did not have cash, had to cancel half the sale. Maybe i am niave to beleive they would accept american express but surely they could have made some signage. After an incredibly painstaking process i was informed at the register (never made clear on the website or presented in anyway) cash only. Upon recommending indica i reminded only sativa please. No real recommendations, got bogged down trying to search, i even commented to them 'this feels like an old dealer haggle, what you want, dont got that, take this, how much, thats high, no i want this blah blah blah'. First thing i said, sativa only please, flower and 510 carts whatever is on sale, easy. I dont think this person has ever smoked. They were attentive but seemingly confused. My 'budtender' seemed completely aloof, sort of like an automated sales system. I even requested a consult as a totally new patient. Parking fine, wait not bad, intake staff friendly and attentative. Visited in evening on friday, busy but not packed. Chose Bloom for my first ever visit to a despensary, new patient. Took time to think and talk to others before writing. Cassie fist bumped me on the way to my car. Braden sanitized the ATM for me, Hannah stopped to ask me about my kitten. and I already knew it was packaged properly because Myles and Sizemore are really good at their job. Jennifer ran it over to Courtney, Sammie double checked it just to make sure. I walk in to be delighted to see Brittany behind the counter getting my order out. When arriving to the dispensary, Delia was in the lobby assisting a guest in a wheelchair, (she's always the first to jump to help the disabled) there was a little bit of a line, and so Lisa took a minute to say hi to me, but the line moves pretty quick because Jeremy and Cody were there checking people in. I asked them to let me know when more was going to come in when they ran out and I didn't think that they would follow through but they did! So I went ahead and placed my order online. Last weekend, I was contacted by Jared and Hanna to let me know that my favorite strain of flower was about to hit the menu.
